Weird looking teets ?

Ok weird one but anyone seen teets like this before (mare never been in foal) always been like it, young horse.

What's weird about them? They look quite normal to me?

Oh ok if you think so they are quite puffy and inverted to me.. maybe it’s like lady human bits and they are all different just all the mares I’ve had previously are quite “tidy” in comparison

They look like standard fat mare teats. My oldie looks a bit like that, she's got a few fat pads and old-age saggy boobs
