Has anyone else had this happen? Find the perfect horse, go to see it (or not even ) and have your heart set on buying it but it ends up falling through or not working out for whatever reason, THEN you see that horse a few years later completely randomly?
In the last few weeks i've rediscovered 2 gorgeous horses i totally fell for! One in Ireland who i loved but was just too expensive and is now on the Irish Eventing team
He was a 3yr old when i enquired, just backed and absolutely stunning, jet black King of Diamonds ISH! Amazing looking horse. And another one who i enquired about like, 3 months before buying Una and didnt get a response from the seller (who apparently did a runner owing lots of people money a few months later! ), ended up finding Una then about a month after I got her i had an email from the seller as if i'd only enquired a day before, no apology for the late reply Lol! I noticed him on the BE listings, he has rather a lot of E's on his record He is clearly not an eventer, I was wanting him for jumping, gorgeous 16.3 trakehner! Very drool worthy!
I just thought it was very weird to see them both randomly after so long, and they were both horses i would have loved to take home if circumstances werent as they were...
