Trying to gain background information on a mare which was apparently rehomed following a welfare court case about 5 years ago involving around 50 horses in england. Popping this post in here to see if it will jog anyone's memory. Can anyone remember the details of this case? Further details are very scratchy, and horse in question is a rare breed.

Can't be this one if it was only 5 years ago, I had my horses at livery at this yard in 1999 after it had been sold by Gucci's executors to completely new & unconnected owners.
