Out dog walking and came across a horse - can be no more than a yearling who is quite emaciated --- ribby, hip bones very prominent and so is the spine.... remnants of hay but stood in a poached field so nothing to eat / trickle feed on.... is it best to contact WHW, I know the RSPCA don't act if there is a hint of hay on the floor... ? It might have health issues but having gone through the wettest winter for years, it looked quite sorry for itself....

Was the horse on his own or are there others in the field ?
