I am a member of the BHS.Have friend who is not but was in a bit of a dilema.Don't want to go into detail.I rang the legal department of the BHS on her behalf.They were very prompt but limited in the help that they could give me without speaking to friend.They agreed there was a problem.They gave me the contact place where she could get free legal advice.I thought that was excellent service.
