Sorry just got home after a very long but successful weekend. Quite a shock to see this post up already. I was wondering if you were there magic, but was so busy with the horses.
And yes Cleio not only won her yearling class but took the Championship. And we got some fab comments from some of the senior Trak peeps about her movement. Judge also judged her last year as a foal when she was reserve champion and said how she was really improving and developing in the right manner.
Also took the 2yo purebred Portia who won the loose jumping championship with rave reviews against all the stallion and mare performance candidates! The Reserve was an 8yo mare so we never dreamt our 2yo would do so well. Big presentation which the boss was there to receive her trophey as the award is actually presented by the German Verband in memory of a very well respected Trakehner breeder. They really put the jumps up to test her, but bless her the training at home worked, as she was just fab!
