well i had physio today and....

Well 5 weeks ago I fell down a muddy hill while walking the dog and agrivated my dodgy pelvis again. After a week of no sleep I went to Dr and have referred me for physio and gave me painkillers.

Today was my first appointment and it hasn't quite gone to plan. I was so sore the physio was unable to do anything. So I left on crutches and have to go for xray tomorrow to make sure all is good before she has another go at trying to fix me.

So looks like my plan to not clip my mare was a good one as she done nothing since I fell and looks like we won't be doing anything for a few months yet. Reckon she will have winter off at this rate and just start again in spring. Haha.

Just thought I'd tell you guys and there no one else to tell that my day has been s**t

Sorry OP. Think I found a fellow bauble and got excited.

Have you tried acupuncture. I had a major issue with my neck and shoulder a while back and it really helped. Take it easy

No not tried acupuncture but the physio did mention it when I was there. So will see what she says when Im there next time.
Just been for my xray so have to wait for the results to be sent to dr before they can do anymore but I doubt anything has been broken. They have upped the painkillers too so I got a good sleep last night which has made me feel a bit better today. Bet I off for a sleep this afternoon before I know what happens to me. haha
