Well, I was cantering up one of paths round the fields, and Foxy was being a bit silly, spooking into the field, when out of blue, she just did a massive spook, into the 4ft high rapeseed field, and managed to fall head first into it, of course throwing me off.

I got up to see Foxy looking rather shocked after scrambling to get up after the fall. I think she was confused as to how she got in there! Anyway, managed to catch her (she has a habit of legging it) and walk her out of the field. Don't think the farmer will be too impressed to find a hole in his crops! Ooops! :o

She isn't lame, just rather green and yellow! THANKFULLY, both of us are unharmed, more in shock than anything! Never had that happen to me! I would imagine she'll be stiff tomorrow!

And yes, i got back on and rode her back to the yard, did try and get past the spooky patch, but she refused to move and kept trying to bolt home, so decided i will try tomorrow when she's calmed down a bit!

Pointless post really, just in shock really! :o

Did you get a photo of yellow Foxy?....Had a crap day and need something to make me smile :p....I'm glad you're both okay though. :)

I ended in a rape field twice today on my generally non spooky pony,*today we didn't want to cross the foot bridge we have done many times and then some one had dumped a small go kart next to the track which we had passed before going the opposite direction but because we approached from a different direction it was mlre hidden and took us by surprise.

Bottom stayed in saddle both occasions luckily!! But similar green and yellow stains :p
