We have a running joke that when me and Kellys owner ride out together we meet all manner of things - including stumbling onto a paintball course and coming across a landing helicopter in the field beside us in the past!!
(When I ride on my own, nothing happens!!)
Today we set out - in an hour around a "quiet" residential estate, we endured no less than;
- 5 lawnmowers
- 2 hedge strimmers
- a bunch of "Japanese Knotweed experts" dissecting and killing half the park
- a van full of concrete mixing type machines being moved about
- loads of kids on bikes and DIY being done
- pressure washers on cars
- a party in a back garden including streamers and party horns!
- and the cherry on the cake; 2 ambulances - one complete with flashing lights!!
And proud to say - although an empty crisp bag is the HEIGHT of horror, neither of them flinched at a thing!!
