Wellington delivery AIBU? Yorkshire Clothing co.

I ordered a pair of wellington boots from The Yorkshire Clothing Company, they took the money and sent me an e-mail to say they were dispatched on the 7th of September. On Tuesday I e-mailed to ask if they had any news of them (that might have been a bit early, I accept), heard nothing, e-mailed again yesterday, still heard nothing and still no boots today. Am I being unreasonable in expecting them to be here by now, or at least to have had an e-mail from the company?

Dispatched last Thursday. I'd definitely be wondering where my parcel was by now

I'm glad it's not just me I think I shall have to phone them on Monday if nothing arrives by then I am having to wear a pair of old country boots, as the wellingtons the new ones are to replace must have got wind of their replacements and now leak like a sieve!
