This is my 4yr old Welsh cob. She's changed so much in the 2 years I've had her.

I'm going to do Riding Club stuff with her, a bit of everything and see what she takes to.

Seems very willing and keen so far.

I backed her late last summer and have plodded about on her all winter rather than turn her away.

Recently we've been having some short lessons with the same lady who started Rosie and I.

She's done some mini Sj's, lots of hacking and cantered a handful of times

JoBo - when she's older /more proficient in the jumping lark, we'd love to attend one of your XC jumping practices and follow Bodey around - though we might be a bit slow

Had to chop her mane short as she got really upset about getting hot when ridden. Used to throw herself with me on top against the nearest wall for a manic rubbing session - or tried to rub her neck on her knees - wasn't pleasant

Chopping mane short was the instant answer. Plus it was so blimin stringy and horrid. Kept getting my reins caught in it all !!

She's a real sweetie
