Welsh D part bred

Please forgive my ignorance and I suspect the answer already, but my mare is Welsh part bred (dam unregistered and sire full Sec D).

If I chose to breed from her, putting her to a full sec D would the foal Still be classed as part bred?

Yes unless they have a breeding register

It'd still be a part bred but you could register the horse as a Welsh Part Bred through the Welsh Pony and Cob Society as it would have more than enough % of Welsh blood.
