Hi everyone,

would you be so kind and tell us what you think our new pony is? She is a stunning bay mare 12.2 HH. I don't mind the breed. We tested her, she settled in well and she is just such a lovely pony. She is very fine boned and I thought Dartmoors are much chunkier (I am originally from Germany and not familiar with Dartmoors or Exmoors) but looking at some pictures online I think she fits much more the bill as a Dartmoor!?

Thank you very much for taking the time!

I'd go Dartmoor, especially with the mealy colouring around the stifle. Welsh should be thicker legs than that (unless how pony type which have been bred finer than the original type). Neither Exmoor (which she isn't) nor Dartmoor are chunky legs. Whatever she is, you have a lovely pony.
