I seem to be reading about a new case every week at the moment, sign of the times unfortunately.....

Except in this case this guys been neglecting his ponies for at least ten years! Selling at 'dispersal' welsh pony and cob society sales every year. He sent them to the sales in poor condition and then lots of people felt sorry for them 'rescued' them and then it created a market and ongoing cycle.
On the other hand some welsh pony 'experts' insist that these are well bred ponies with excellent blood lines hmmmmm he hasn't known which stallions covered which mare in years! And yet wpcs still happy to register the foals every year. Grrrrrrr!

I was just reading this http://horsegossip.proboards.com/thread/92233 on horsegossip just now! Seems hes been horrid for a long time!! Hope he gets whats coming! or most likely a suspended sentance and communtity service... justice isnt good enough now a days!!
