Went shopping for gloves...

...at the tack shop sale: no gloves, but realised that the Spooky Pony absolutely needed this fleece in his life. I'm justifying it by saying it's a one-year anniversary present! What do we think of red with gold trim on him?

I was tempted to go to the sale, but decided to save my pennies instead like a good girl. Besides, I don't really need anything at the moment. My husband already knows that, when he stops being a student and gets a job, all his money will go on ponies

I think it's actually quite slimming! Maybe it's that the red distracts from the swell of furry belly below the fleece? He almost looks a normal shape, rather than a large furball with little legs stuck on the bottom!

Oh, and he has lost two girth holes already.

I know what you mean, Pixie: I had to slap my own wrist a few times. Fortunately, the none of the really nice Pikeurs on sale were in my size!
