As it's quiet on here because you lucky lot are all out enjoying the weather, I have been uploading photos from iphone onto pc and found these three of The Fat One:

January 2009 after 6 months off work, I was appalled when I saw him (hadn't seen him since previous August, when he was one sick pone)

When he arrived home in March, after my friend had taken him in hand a bit with diet and exercise - excuse the thumb on lens!

Earlier this month, after change of diet and a more rigorous exercise regime!

More muscles required I think, but he's doing well

Thanks guys! I'm not very experienced at any form of training, let alone rehabilitation so it's nice to see things happening for the better. When I think he was nearly PTS on the side of the road last June it makes me really grateful he is with us at all. I think his topline is improving (last pic was about 3 weeks ago) as round here we can't go anywhere without it being up or down hill and we walk between 10 and 14 km each time we go out - which is three to four times a week, so that bum is getting some work!
