Stolen Horse Rugs ...........If you have any information please ring

HorseWatch member says - last night I had every single rug taken from my horses
in the Hunsworth area, as they don't have a field shelter there were
multiple rugs on each, in total there were 11 rugs taken last night and
previous to that we have lost 5 others up to Christmas.

all my rugs were padlocked on to the horses and I had made every effort to
keep my horses warm, the police are now involved and if anyone finding
rugs with BD12 on them, they belong to me, there were 2 unmarked, a daisy
cow print with neck guard (cob sized) and an apple print (Shetland sized)
all the others were purples, blues and greens.

Just to add another to this:

A friend of mine who keeps her horse on Yorkgate (Otley, LS21) had her mares rug stolen off her back overnight last Monday/Tuesday (3rd/4th Jan). They suspect the mare was doped as she was very doddery on the Tuesday morning and there was loads of bits of carrots/wrapping/'stuff' around the gateway.
