Weston Lawns Dressage.............results>

We attended Weston Lawns on Saturday 29th October & entered 2 dressage tests. The first test had 11 entries & the second test had 9 entries. My gripe is that it took an hour & a half after the end of each test before the results were posted. people were waiting around for these results & the staff at Weston Lawns played about on the computer, ate burgers, chatted betwen themselves & did anything rather than add up the marks & work out the percentages. How long could that take? Well at Weston lawns it took one & a half hours for each test. many entries said they wouldn't bother going again because of this ridiculous wait!

Helen, the owner of Weston Lawns, wasn't there yesterday, may be that was why it took that amount of time.

That sounds ridiculous - I've never had results take anywhere near that long! Have you got in touch with them directly? I'm sure if they had direct feedback from a few people they would take it onboard.

I had friends who went to Lawns on Saturday for the arena eventing, they also had problems, taking forever to get results, rosettes etc., The live feed wasn't working, they were hanging around at the yard waiting to load up to go, and couldn't see which class they were on, they even rang to find out and couldn't get through. Sounds as though when Helen isnt around it all falls apart.
