hi

I was just wondering toda when was with my boy what his conformation was like....i have no idea.

Also i was wondering what breed people think he is...his passport says unkown. He was sold to me as a cob but i think he is crossed with something else. Alot of people think he is Cob cross Connemara...what do other people think...?

thanks

He does look a nice sort though, a good all-rounder.

As to his breeding... a cob is a type not a breed so, although he was correctly sold to you as a cob, he may well be a connemara cross as well.

My boy is Welsh x appaloosa but wouldn't be able to show in either of those breed classes. However he is most definately a cob!!

HTH.

From what I can see, he has good bone, nice shoulder, good depth of heart and a nice honest head. He has a nice hip to stifle length and should be able to pop a fence

. His necks a wee bit on the short side and he could possibly do with some top line work being done on him-I may be wrong as its hard to judge from the photo. He looks like a lovely nice all rounder to me

He could have some of the Irish in him or some Welsh Sec C.
Tell us more about him-whats his name etc and what does he do? I like him. M.

His name is flint

I bought him after he had just come over from ireland as 3 1/2 year old he is now 41/2.

I am currently working on his topline and itis coming on...its alot better than it used to be

We are currently jumping 2"6 at shows and anything up to 3ft at home. I am intending on taking him eventing when he has built himself and his confidence up.

It would make sense if he had irish in him as he came from ireland.

thanks
