The weight tape put him at 528kg tonight :D

obviously, the change isn't as impressive as most of the other before and after threads but any CC welcome (be gentle with me :p)

I can offer flying saucers and diet coke

monster sounds about right :p he's adamant that he's going to destroy the wooden door next to the wash bay by eating it

he's very settled already - i think the fact that they only take geldings has made a huge difference as he got chucked into the field with two piebald cobs and they didn't even look at him :p

I'm a sucker for a ginger with a nice bum ;)

anyone else?
I'm not sure if he could do with being a bit trimmer - on the other hand, I could try to keep him at that weight and build up more muscle??

Please bear in mind that he's 20 and a showjumper :D

I'm not even going to attempt a CC as I think I might be a bit biased! Lol! I think he's gorgeous and doing so well for a more "mature" chap! Is that a new saddle he's trying in the last photo? How are you finding the new yard? I think I know where you are if that's the entrance to the indoor school he's standing in front of?

yes, its our lovely new stressage saddle, which arrived last night - I spent ages getting my OH to lean over the top of it while I stood on my tiptoes trying to look for daylight :p
The new yard is nice enough - everyone's friendly and he's settled in quickly with minimal fuss. Is it that obvious that he's at Hazelden?

It's only obvious to anyone who's even been to the shop, since you pass the school on the way to the shop! Lol! Glad he's settling, I always did like the yard there.

I honestly haven't been in the shop for about two years because I could spend an obscene amount of money in there!

Im going to have to venture in at some point - needing new stirrup leathers and a saddle cover for the stressage saddle.
I think i'll be taking cash so it won't be too painful :p

and now back to the CC, if anyone would be so kind as to comment on my oldie? :D
