What a difference from last year!

These pics are taken exactly a year apart of the same field. It was cut for hay in June this year which was probably earlier than last year. The field is left a few weeks after the hay is cut before being grazed.

Last year I was leaving my horse out 24/7 but I daren't do it this year with all that grass

Looks so much nicer being green but is harder work for those of us with horses and ponies who can’t just have loads of grass.
