Ok so was up yard yesterday, chatting to YO, said i felt like rubbish and thought i was coming down with something, turned mare out in old mw rug, as we had been told we'd have terrential rain and winds up to 50mph......and trundelled off home feeling rather yucky and wanting my bed....
Woke up at 8.10 this morning feeling awful and txt my boss (very close horsey friend on same yard!) to say wont be in as still feeling rubbish, and notice i have a missed call and voice mail...from yard owner....heart sank, thought oh god whats happened.....
it went along the lines of
"Hiya its only ********, just to let u know that i went to yard and horse had some how managed to get rug partly off and it was hanging, soaking wet up neck and over her head, hope u dont mind but i brought her in to dry off, gave her a hay net, whilst i mucked my 3 out, and then turned her out in one of my boys rugs that fitted, and have hung your rug up to dry to. Hope thats ok and ive not interfered! bye"
