Never heard of Sarfraz, sorry. There was an Arab called Safraz, but born in 1975 so I very much doubt he is still around/breeding.
If you're looking at PBAs Horsegroupie's George would be a good choice!
My pure-bred Arab stally would probably be less suitable, as he is only 3 so he's not yet proven under saddle (and bred from mainly 'show' rather than 'performance' lines). Very pretty and exotic, but probably not what you are looking for.
If you wanted to go for pure-bred Arab, you could check out the Arab Horse Society 'Premium Stallions' for Arab stallys that are proven in performance disciplines and/or as sires of performance horses.
