Age wasn't a problem for me as I was looking for a horse for life, Fudge and Lady were both 7 when I got them, If I was loking to sell soemthing on between 5 & 11 years old I guess...
maddy was an unbroken 12+ yr old, and flash was a 4yr old, 5 next month. I absolutely love having a youngster, its hard work but I feel like we've got such a bond
I don't buy to sell on, I buy to ride so have had everything from just broken 4 to pretty broken down 17. I wouldn't buy another 4 year old or younger because I simply don't have time to do regular consistent work with them and need horses that can cope with a week off without going nuts.
Hi, I am pretty new to the forum and thought I would add to this post to see if I have done my picture OK. Not sure what I am doing yet!!
I have two youngsters and a rising 5 at the mo (daughters horse) trouble is the rising 2 year old coloured which I have owned since 2 months we were hoping would make 16h but only going to make 15.2! thats the trouble buying them young i guess
