Since having my accident on my own horse I have been the most nervous person ever!!!!!!!!
Over the last year I have had a go riding here and there but have never really enjoyed it
Today I was asked to ride with an instructor at the riding stables I go to as she needed some moral support with a difficult customer and did not want to be on her own, I gave it some thought, and said yes as she does me favours when she can.
I got to ride my favourite horse, all be it has been my fav only from the ground as she is sooo big, when I got on the ground litterally span, she is nearly 17hh
.
I loved it, I felt completly balanced ( probably did not look like it
), and even when she was having a silly moment becasue of flies, even that was fine. I even had some canters, and when she took off without me asking I even brought her back to a halt and started again.
THis is such a big moment for me, as normaly any of these things would have had me shaking, but it was all good
.
Hopefully this is the beginning of my riding again
THanks for listenening
