Hello!

as title, also is it wrong not to like them? I have a saddle with velcro blocks, whenever I put them in, I feel really awkward - does it mean I'm doing something wrong? Thanks :)

are you putting them in upside down? does your saddle fit your legs? try sitting in the saddle without them in, with stirrups at length you want them, and then look at how your knee is sitting on the knee pad and work out how the blocks would support you best, they are usually shaped a bit on the leg side, to fit with the shape of your leg - lots of people have them upside down. when you've worked out which way to put them, think about where to put them, and stick them on... then make sure you've put them both on symmetrically. Good luck!

Thanks, B4H, how are they meant to support you? Mine just get in the way all the time, I keep poking them with my knees. are you supposed to push into them with your knees? what part of your leg is meant to take contact with them?

Personally....and this only my opinion mind....I hate those things....I think they are a cheat to help keep the riders legs in a better position....nothing that can't be fixed with decent lessons and lots of practice etc.

I know some of you won't agree with this, but this is my opinion only!!!

what IS the perfect position for knee rolls? should they be above your thighs or in front of your knees or how?
