Basic First aid kit should include (in my opinion)

-Clean bowl
-Scissors
-Clean sponge
-Cotton wool padding
-Hibiscrub
-Clean bandage
-Poultice material

Thats probably everything you would need to sort out cuts/scrapes or even anything more serious before a vet arrived

as above (definitely poultice!)
vet wrap
sudocrem for minor cuts, sores etc
and some sort of stronger anitiboitic cream (maybe from vet) for worse injuries

Equipment to deal with minor wounds. Cotton wool, hibiscrub, purple spray, vet wrap, round ended scissors, sudocreme, stable bandages and gamgee/fybagee.

I really dislike purple spray as it can seal in any infection that is still in the wound, its ok for small scrapes but for anything deeper than a graze i wouldnt be using it as you can not be sure it is sterile, and it actually contains a chemical that cause damage if too much gets into the blood stream (according to my vet) and can also make the vets job harder if he does need to be called out. My vet would murder me if he saw me using the stuff. Prefer to use sudocrem as it can be easilly washed off and is not harmfull.
