are lorry's not selling at the mo?, I though being a 3.5 ton we would have a wider range of people, but I’ve had 1 phone call so far, I don't think it's over priced and were open to offers so is there anything else we can do other than wait patiently

you must be, i hate selling things at the best of times... it's even harder now people have no money!

Selling an expensive vehicle privately is always hard because if there is a problem with it afterwards the buyer has no protection, also many people need finance which you cannot offer.

You need to look at what professional dealers are asking for lorries like yours, and then knock off a big chunk of money, then you will have the price right.

well.. if you happen to be on horsemart and fall fall over an ad with the ref HM834CF2G then well that's just lucky!!.

A friend of mine sold a lorry similar to yours recently. Same age, slightly better condition, less miles on the clock and she got £5k for it - sorry to be the bearer of bad news......

at the end of the day it's not the end of the world if he doesn’t sell but it would be nice if he did, were only selling so we can get one with a bit of living there’s no other reason, I’ll just plod along and see what happens. theres plenty like him selling for a lot more than i'm asking to, and like i said were open to offers, so i guess time will tell.
