That is what my boss shouted at me from across the field today.
I have never been so embarrassed. I was riding one of her horses, only the second time I have ridden him, and apparently I was trotting along flapping my left elbow. My right was fine as I had my stick in that hand. She then stood at the fence and screeched every time my elbow moved from my side. I never realised I did it but amazingly it really did improve horses flexion and I found it alot easier to get him to bend.
Tomorrow she said she is going to 'tidy me up', she says I'm generally good but a bit messing in places such as my elbow, shoulders tipping forwards etc. No pain no gain I suppose.
