What are your bad habits?

Just realised that I have some terrible habits around horses!

Worst of these is walking behind horses, so used to my old boy who has never kicked in his life that I just walk behind them without thinking. Only noticed when OH completely avoided going behind any horse because he didnt want to get kicked and look at me is a state of shock when I just pottered around behind the filly. Oops

Also kneeling when putting boots on! Despite getting kneed in the face more than once!

What are your bad habits?

Reins like washing lines. Can't mount for toffee. Over-reliance on the shedding blade as tool of choice for grooming. Not strict enough with pony about snacking on the go... The list goes on!

I walk behind all my neds (inc the 7mth old filly) and all but one of my bosses.
I do the pm skip out with the wheelbarrow in the stable with me and the horse (so does boss!)
I rarely tie my girls up, and tend to lead bosses horses to the wash box by their headcollors without leadropes
Hmmmm, I cant think of any more, but Im sure I have LOADS!!!
