what bit do i need to show welsh cob in?

hi i've got pure bred wesh cob which i would like to show. only local shows but would like to look the part. would i need to show in a double bridle or pelham with double reins.
i ride in a jointed snaffle at mo.

i ride my friends welsh d in a pelham with double reins, but if you ride in a novice m and m class its a snaffle

novice classes you need a snaffle, open classes either pelham with double reins or double bridle if he's used to one. rugby pelhams look like doubles unless right close up and are good for horses who dont like the double.
