Hi I have a 14.3 cob gelding who used have problems with rearing and, he didn't have much neck muscle but now he has stopped rearing so I have been able to school him and build up his muscle. Now he has become too strong and I have no brakes ,he has a soft mouth and hates being held back what do I do?
