What breed do you think my pony is or x with?

We've had her a year and there's no breeding history on her passport. Which doesn't bother me, as she is a cracking pony with so much talent and stands at 13.1hh. Her palamino colour seems quite dark and can dapple at times. Also one side of her face is really pink & burns easily & she has blue eyes. I've been told Connie x, maybe with a Welch. But it would be good to see what you guys think. Ive not been brought up with horses and only been in the game 3 years, since by daughter wanted to start riding. So not clued up too much, but do the best I can. Thanks in advance
