What breed is my horse?

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my post. I have a 3 year old gelding, who the rescue stated he was a blagdon cob. Some say hes a cob x shire. Some say hes a cob x appaloosa. I don't believe this and wanted second opinions. He is currently standing at 15hh, 15'2 on his bum. And he is so heavy set it's crazy. Please please any ideas?

If so I don't see any stock horse type (Appaloosa) build in him. He looks like a Skewbald (Bay tobiano) Gypsy cob. I'm also not sure where the 'blagdon' came from either.

I can definitely see why you were questioning what you have been told. He looks lovely BTW. :)

Thank you, I was very confused when I saw his passport was blagdon cob. Only reason I questioned if he was a cob was we rescued another cob at the same time but a pie bald who has always been a hand smaller. Thank you for your help.
