Hello, im looking at buying a filly whos mum is a full welsh cob and her dad is a sports horse? what breeding is she? has anybody else get the same breeding and can let me know what disciplines you do with your horse. Thankyou!

She is a Welsh cross sports horse, sports horses can be a variety of crosses some have TB warmblood or Irish, she may be able to be registered as a sports horse herself I don't know the registration criteria, you could ask the breeder if she can be registered?

okay brill thankyou!i did think that woul be her breeding, but ive only had a connieX before so i wasnt sure. i know she is registered the wfbhs and anglo european studbook?

She isn’t really a pure breed. Could be described as
Part bred welsh
Sporthorse
Welsh x sporthorse
Mongrel
depends on how fancy you are being on the day.
With an AES passport, a generic description of a British Sporthorse is probably appropriate.
Im a big fan of part bred welsh for useful sporty allrounder/competition horse.

She will make a good all round horse I imagine, my friend bought a young Welsh x warmblood so quite similar and his turned out nice he moves nicely, she has done dressage and a bit of jumping with him and his only 6

From a paprwork persepctive, you should be able to passport with AES and then have that overstamped by WPCS to recognise the part welsh. I have the same for my Arab x Selle Francais.

She 'should' already have been passported and chipped in the year she was born, especially if with the WP&CS as a part bred, if she is out of a fully registered (green passport) mare.
OP, do you know the agency she is with?

OP has said the filly is AES,
You could over stamp WPCS if you felt the need but probably only worth it if you have an interest in WPB classes
