He looks a lot like a horse I once owned. He was a TB/Cob. He was really funny. You would think he would have got a mixture of sanity from the cob and scattiness from the TB. No - he took it in turns to be a cob one day and a tb the next. He's very handsome.

Are there any breeding details in his passport that you could look up?

My guess would be TB x probably Welsh Sec C/D but I wouldn't rule out TB x NF

Looks like Tb from Sadlers wells breeding (ire) They are very much bigger build than your average so he could easily be full TB. I had one and they are lovely and everyone thought he was ID x TB

From the front end and the head, yep, I'd agree there's some thoroughbred in there somewhere. But look at the back end, the angle of the croup and the gluteals (bum muscles) - I'd say there was something like a cob (not so much a Welsh cob) in there. I would be inclined to say Shire x TB looking at the angle of the croup - but think that's unlikely given that he's only 14'3.
