What can i do to make inhand work interesting?

I am currently getting my mare fitter and doing some inhand work with her (started off as loose schooling and she wasn't listening to me and just being a bit of an idiot so put her leadrope back on and did some inhand work instead) before i get back on her in a week or two after she has had time off due to injury. I did some inhand work today in the school, but it wasn't very interesting for her. Did some trotting poles with her and lots of serpentines, circles, figures of 8 etc but can any of you suggest some things i could do with her that are a bit more interesting than that? Have a 20x40 school to do it in and they have poles we can use but i want to make it a bit more interesting for her than just walking/trotting in circles and shapes haha.

I was about to say some kind of mini agility course! Get some cones, tarpaulin etc.
