Very important question I know :D

Need to get my boy a half pad, going to get a Le Mieux one. I have a brown saddle and he's chestnut. Probably going to buy a teal dressage pad as well, they are on sale on horse health.

How grubby does the white/natural fluff get? Am I best off getting brown?

I had a black one and although I loved it you could never see the full impact of it under his black saddle so when I changed all his tack to brown I got a new white pad and so far it is staying nice and clean :) love Le Mieux !!

I have a couple, the one for home has black quilt and natural coloured fluff, and the show one has white quilt and natural fluff.

The white one has picked up some marks on the quilt (that's why I had a black one for home) but the wool is still clean looking and they wash well anyway if you are careful.

You can never go wrong with natural coloured fluff. I love brown on my grey but I have to say, the taupe is absolutely stunning in real life and is just a touch more subtle then the white. I used the taupe everyday for 18 months and sold it on looking practically brand new still!
