What colour stock to wear for dressage?

evening all,
We're off to our first little dressage comp in a couple of weeks and I wanted to get a stock to smarten me up a bit. I've only got a brown tweed show jacket to wear. Can you wear any colour stock for dressage? If so, what colour do you think will go with my jacket?
Also, do I need to wear light coloured gloves?

You can wear any colour with tweed, except white, there are so many to choose from it is difficult but I like a cream or pale blue myself.
Light coloured gloves should be worn.
