what colour to compliment chestnut

what colour would compliment a chestnut with a falxen mane and tail?

As in leather work? browband? or boots, bandages, rugs, saddle cloths, XC colours?

Errrrm, hmmmm, used to have a couple of chestnuts so I should know but I’m actually having to think about it, sometimes I had bottle green but I liked royal blue on my ginger TB, think it’s more down to your horse and the shade of chestnut, white always looks nice on chestnuts too (as in boots/saddle cloth).

Definitly green! Like a dark or emerald green, lighter greens would work ok though.

Dark blue with white used to look good on my chestnut. Also maroon
