What constitutes 'heavy work'?

I have to have a bit of surgery in a few months- probably about May/June time. the surgeon says no riding/heavy work for a month after. I include anything associated with a wheelbarrow in that, but what else?
Would lungeing be considered heavy work?

It's only a bit of surgery done under local anaesthetic so it's not like I need lots of recovery time - but my muscles will need to heal, hence the 'Rule'.

I wouldn't think holding a whip and lunge line could constitute hard work, but it depends how good your neddy is to lunge?

A lot would depend on what your surgery is for. Youd be surprised how much of a knock on effect even a small amount of muscle damage will cause.
