What courier?

Have just bough a rug from pre loved and the lady isn't willing to post so am going to arrange a courier, who is old? Who is not so good? Any advise welcome - thank you!

I live down a long unmade road and have a lot of trouble with couriers. Interlink express have been very good for me, always on time and the packages have been in good condition. DPD are worst for me, never turn up on time and when my baby's push chair was delivered it fell out of the badly damaged box as he brought it to the door and it was filthy.
