what cross?

i bought my dog as a whippet in october but i'm sure she is a cross, so what do you think she is crossed with

Its hard to tell from that picture, do you have any of her standing level, and preferably a head study. Is there anything in particular makes you think she is a cross?

Is the white colouring acceptable in the breed standard? Is that what makes you think she's a cross? Did you see both parents?

not the clearest of pic. only reason i think she is possible cross as she is so unlike my other one and that people keep saying she looks like a cross

White is perfectly acceptable CT the ones with white are called parti colour. I'm on phone now op so pic not very clear but she looks whippet to me. I'm guessing she's quite young and pups are more chunky than adults if that is your concern.

To me she looks like a full Whippet, Im no expert but she looks like all the other Whippets I have seen and she is lovely.

She looks chunkier and a bit less refined than mine, but she still looks like a whippet to me. Heres Dylan at about 4 months old:

At nearly 6 months hes leaner and leggier, but apparently its common for males esp to do that at his age and he should fill out a bit as he matures

Having seen the picture more clearly I too would say she is definitely a whippet, why are you unsure?

only because people keep asking whats she is crossed with my other one is only 12 weeks old but male so probably why they are so different. will try to get pics of them later as the only pics i have of them at the mo are them playing fighting
