What do i do?

i need some advice
i found out about a week ago that the yard that i have been on for about 6 months has its lease for sale and has been for ages
its quite a big yard and one of the liveries asked the ym if the rumor was true and they denied it but the whole yard knows now
i wish they would be truthful as it is on the internet with photos so easy to recognise
should i keep an eye out for other yards or stay put and see what happens?

I should stay put and see what happens, this happened by me recently and all the liveries stayed and were taken on by new owner.

I think you should sit it out and see what happens .... it may be even better, so look on the positive side

Well went through a yard closing(everyone thought land was going to be for houses) left and yard reopened under different management and kept on existing liveries that were left.Miss it in winter as had ondoor school.Yard we are on is really good even tho not same facilities,folk really helpful and a nice mixture.
If you like yard and facilities it offers you could try waiting and see what happens.
Is it likely yard would be used as a business if bought over?or is it a swmall family sort of business?

well it has about 27 liveries and an indoor and outdoor school so probably business

I would stick it out then cos tbh if we had realised old yard was going to remain open we probably wouldn't have left.
