Spit That Out

There is a lady on the same yard as me that is Grass only livery however the YO has told her today to stop tying her horse up in the inside barn while she tacks up as there are plenty of rings on the outside wall for to use.
She moved her horse but I thought this was a bit harsh as it must be hard to tack up etc in the wind and rain, I mean she was only using the indoor barn for shelter, it's not as if she used a stable!
Apparently she also has to pay to use the school (£2.50 for an hour) where as its included in the price for liveries on DIY and above
Basically she pays £12 a week for a field...that's it, just a field. I mean it's a good field with shelter and good grazing. She looks after it really well.
What do you get included for your grass livery?
I've never really spoken to this woman before, not for any other reason than she's never really around when I am but I made the effort today and even offered to make her a brew...she declined as she must have heard that my tea tastes horrible
