As above, but they get D&H Mare and Youngstock Mix with Blue Chip Original. Ours actually have adlib hay as it's really good quality.

mine have ad lib hay, Spillers Stud and youngstock mix with some Gro n win balancer coz they dont have the full amount it says on the bag of mix .

Ad lib hay or haylage. Simple Systems Total Eclipse ( forage balancer) Reg Grass nuts, Hi Fi Chaff.

Sure grow ,think its made by dodson and horrell.
However a native pony baby will do just fine on good hay,a supplement and regular worming.
Bloodhorses,large types,warmbloods etc will benefit from something like sure grow for a little while over winter,but in the summer time out on good pasture ,with regular worming .

I have mine on about half the recommended amount of mix plus balancer to make it up. They look well and are growing well. feel I'm over doing it now,so many just get hay and a vit/min mix. the nutritionalist at Spiller said what I was feeding was ok. They are native x.
Worried now about joint problems. Nutritionalist said they'd be ok. mmmmmmmmmm unsure .
