So booked a ground work session with my NH trainer at a local yard that hires an indoor arena out.
Session was great, but it was what happened after that has really got me thinking.

So brought Chantin out of arena and walked her to the trailer. Another trailer is parked right slap bang next to mine on the ramp side (our ramp was down) - how [*******] stupid - but yes since owning the Equitrek people are so [*******] stupid. You dont park right slap bang up behind an Ifor trailer with its ramp down for example do you???

So kindly asked the owner of trailer if they wouldnt mind moving their car/trailer forward. She looked at me gone out

so I told her that I wouldnt be able to load my horse with her trailer where it was. Eventually she moved it.
As she walked past me she said:
"well thats the rolls royce but mine is the commonest of the common - of horses "
WTF - where the hell did that come from and more to the point why??
at first I thought she was talking about the trailer as we have an Equitrek and there isnt many around us. But no she was talking about my hos!. Yes lovely that she thinks she is a rolls royce but WTF.
Is it me or isnt everyones horse to them the rolls royce and if it wasnt but you wanted a rolls royce would you not get one???
Does anyone else think these comments are odd??

That made me laugh, which yard were you on honey? Some people are silly, out hunting last week someone parked their car behind our Ifor- my dad looked at the im a shade of pity...

I was gobsmacked - how think could she be??? obviously very thick. I was up at Crabtree using Angelas arena.
Best thing is I knew the lady and she honestly thought I could load my horse with her trailer pretty much at the bottom of my ramp

Do you not find with your equitrek that when parking stewards at shows try to park you like sardines?Even though you patiently explain you have a side ramp!! (grrrr)
Seriously tho..maybe she was just out of joint because she had to move..

re. the calling her own horse common.. i call mine that all the time (along with other things hehe).. i wouldn't think it odd.
