Just wondered what type of livery are your horses on? what do you pay for the livery? and which part of the country are you located in?

For arguments sake, lets assume:

Grass livery - horse at grass only
DIY - stable and grazing
Part livery - everything but feed and exercise
Full livery - everything

Would really like to know what deals people have.

I am in Essex.
Mac is on DIY livery at a farm I pay £120 pcm which includes as much straw as I want. I buy hay off YO at £3.75 per bale. He has 24/7 turnout summer, and out morning until evening in winter.

Dolly is at a private yard as she is in foal. I pay £30 a week for a stable and my own huge field.

They are only 5 mins apart!

I'm in Wiltshire and I'm on part-livery but they include the feed too! I pay £60 per week and there is lots of turnout, great hacking, floodlit menage, use of jumps and they're always their to help and offer advice!

Grass Keep with hay in field £10 p/w also have access to stable if needed though mine live out all year.

i am in south wales

I pay £10 per week on a DIY basis for 2 stables, my own field with 24/7 turnout, electric and water inclusive.

I'm in South Wales.

DIY in the summer we pay 12 per week including hay and straw if we need it, no real facilities though.
In the winter if you are in at night its 22 and 19 if out. If out they get hay in the field and also get hay and straw as we need it.
Just outside Edinburgh.

DIY - £45 per week with all hay/haylage, great outdoor and in summer jumping and xc field

Change of the clocks at the weekend and we go part livery

£100 pw including turnout and bring in (around 1-2pm), all feed (only chaff, nuts on offer so we will feed ourselves which reduces it to £95 pw) muck out morning and skip afternoons, all haylage, 6 bales shavings per month, free use of indoor (designated hour each weekday evening but can book at any other time for no extra fee), only turnout 4 days per week though although they can go out 7 days if you turnout & bring in the other 3 days until restricted grazing comes into force and then only 4 days turnout per week.

I pay £65 per week full livery - includes everything but riding. Arena, jumps , jumping fields in Summer, rugging, giving of medication etc, food (not supplements), great hacking , horse walker.

Riding is available for extra.

North Cambs

Grass livery but use of stable free if needed if horse poorly
Buy own feed but all chip in together for big bale hay in winter and have no real facilities

£32 a month

In hampshire

I run my own yard in Berkshire/Hampshire border. I charge £110 per week for part livery- to me that mean everything except Riding and tack cleaning. All feed, hay, bedding, grooming, turnout/bring in, rug changes and grooming.

DIY £20.00 p/week includes a large paddock each, stable, own large storage shed and large individual tack room. Use of a polo size menage and very good hacking.

DIY - stable, grazing, 60x40 outdoor arena, horsewalker, washbox (need to buy token for hot water), solarium (again need to buy a token), individual tack locker, offroad hacking and use of client lounge. Hay/haylage and bedding must be bought from the yard too but liveries buy in their own hard feed. - £35 a week.

I think £35 a week is a fair bit to pay for DIY (a few friends think its too much for me to pay) but the facilities are the best around this area. Its South Warwickshire.

I've got Scooby on loan from the RS, for which I pay the same amount as it would cost to keep him there on working livery (i.e. they do everything for you like full livery, and they get to use him in the riding school), which is £25 per week, and the RS pay half the shoeing and vet bills. I'm in Lincolnshire, near the Cambs border.

Grass livery. Includes hay, poo picking, tack room, elec/H20, starvation paddock, field with jumps (outdoor school being built), access to excellent hacking. £65/month, Aberdeenshire.

£60 per month DIY. There's grazing and I've got a brand new stable which is great. Not really any facilities but a grass paddock for exercising and a jumping paddock that one of the other liveries has put together over the years. So a bit rough and ready but the YO is pretty accommodating and the people are lovely
