What do you put under your roller?

I've started walking my horse out for her rehab in a Pessoa - I usually put an old thick numnah under the roller and fold the back over so it's double thickness over the spine, but I seem to have mis-placed ALL my numnahs in the last very-nearly-18-months I haven't been riding my horse! I found an old fluffy hand towel and am using that but I want to get something a bit nicer (and I want my towel back

Does anyone use the Poly Pads roller pad thing? Is it any good? Does it slip? I'm not sure I want to fork out £25 for a Prolite roller pad! Suggestions appreciated

The Poly Pad roller things are great and I haven't noticed they slip or anything! I actually use an old cushion/pillow! It works really well, or infact a piece of fibregee does the trick!

Good idea about the fibergee... except that I cannot STAND the stuff, it makes me shudder as it sticks to the rough skin on my hands and feels just horrible!
