What do you think of him?

he looks lovely but she hasnt got a very good seat!!
i dont like the wording in the advert - had him for only 2 years - yet its a sad sale of an old friend. hmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

Well I'm sucker for dapple greys and TB's so a slightly biased reply. :D

Pretty looking horse, if he does the basics without any fuss and you want a fun and safe alround type of horse, what more could you ask for, go have a look, least they have put photos of the horse doing different activities, not just saying so in the add.

My friend phoned up last night and the lady said he was the only one she is selling, he is a family pet but she has overhorsed herself and wants something smaller. Told friend she paid alot more for him two years ago but that home is more important than price so she is happy for him to go at that price, which i think is fair enough.
Apparently he already has three viewings booked for this week so asked my friend to phone back later in the week.

If you scroll down on the advert is shows you other horses being sold by this seller

Horsemart has changed slightly. It now shows th horses that you last looked at beneath the ad. Was that what you have seen?

What does the seller mean by overhorsed. Does she mean size? If she means temperament then it contradicts the "suitable for novice" claim.

Like a dapple...and although I usually go for something more hairy and heavier...I do like him!!! Definately worth a look at the price.

Looks sweet enough and obviously has been out and about - jockey doesn't look like a pro either. Not my cuppa at all as I prefer more bone and substance but if your friend is light or petite this may suit. If she's a bit heavier then she should look for something which will flatter more.

He looks sweet and really happy in the jumping pic, he looks keen to please!

I think his flatwork looks like it needs work as the riders hands are very low and she looks like she's trying to pull the front end in without engaging the backend, but that is rider error, so he may be better with a different rider on board. I wouldn't mind in a 6/7 year old, as you have more of a blank canvass to play with and more years, but as he is 11, i personally wouldn't buy for that reason as he may be more set in his ways.

But he looks like he's definately worth a look!

oh right that might be it then in which case sorry!

over horsed could mean size BUT if he is as good as they say then size shouldn't really matter, it only matters if you have problems with him

Unless she has physical troubles which make mounting, grroming tacking up hard if he is too tall
